(papers should be presented by the first author)
Speaking time: 8 min. + 2 min. discussion

Poster with Short Lecture
(the accompanying short presentation should be given by the first author)
Speaking time: 4 min. + 2 min. discussion

Multimedia-Presentation (presentation without lecture)
The presentation including audio is self-explanatory and delivered on electronic media. Please note: Powerpoint-
Presentations with integrated video-files which require oral comments will not be accepted as Multimedia-Presentation.
The presentation on CD or DVD must be send to the office of the German Society of ORL HNS by March 15, 2010
Length: max. 15 min.

Please note:
Multiple Free Papers in addition to Posters with Short Lecture and/or Poster-Presentation (even on the same subject
with changing orders of authors and/or co-authors) will not be accepted. A Multimedia-Presentation may be submitted in
addition to other presentations.

 

Congress Dates


The German ENT-Congress 2010will start on Wednesday May 12, 2010 at 4.00 p.m. with the Opening Ceremony and will end on Sunday May 16, 2010 with the Closing Ceremony at noon.

The International Forum will take place from May 13 to May 15, 2010 with Invited Lectures and Round Tables in
English language.

Registration forms will be mailed with the final program in April 2010.
Deadline for Free Papers and Posters: November 30, 2009

Furthermore there will be Instructional Courses organized by the German Academy of Oto-Rhino-Laryngology, Head and Neck Surgery on Saturday May 15 and Sunday May 16, 2010. Registration for such courses is only possible online from March 15, 2010 til May 1, 2010 via www.hno-akademie.de

Wiesbaden is the provincial capitol of Hessen in the middle of Germany. There is suburban train transportation from Frankfurt Airport. Wiesbaden was a spa already at Roman times and is nowadays with 287.000 inhabitants a modern city
with an attractive centre. The congress venue "Rhein-Main-Hallen" is located in a park adjacent to the city centre and the
hotels as well as restaurants are within walking distance.

Wiesbaden is close to the river Rhine so a ship tour to the “Loreley” is a must. Other attractions will be visits to sites and
institutions close by (e.g. German TV Broadcast company, tour through the “millionaire’s mile”).
